Changes to Your Appointment
We understand things can happen and timings can change due to unforeseen circumstances. With sufficient advance notice, bookings can be rescheduled for any reason, or transferred to a 6 month gift voucher. If you must cancel, then the conditions below are applied:
All changes and cancellations must be done by telephone, we do not accept email cancellations.
A 24-hour cancellation notice is kindly requested to help us reschedule your appointment.
More than 24 hours notice
Mountain Bliss cancellation policy is that if you give more than 24 hours notice, you will receive the full refund, in the form of a gift certificate for the full amount, which will be forwarded to you on that day.
Less than 24 hours notice
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice a cancellation fee of 50% will apply since the time slot was has been reserved specially for you and we turn away other clients to hold your reservation. The balance will be refunded to you in the form of a gift certificate.Less than 4 hours notice
Any no shows or cancellations with less than 4 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee to cover the therapists allocated time for your booking.
If you are Running Late
Sometimes you may be delayed, we understand this can happen, in this case we kindly request you inform us by telephone as soon as possible.
In the event that you are running late and are not ready to commence your massage at the arranged time, due to scheduling, the therapist your massage must still conclude at the scheduled finish time, to allow our therapists to care equally for all of our clients.
In the event that your therapist arrives at the designated property, and there is no-one home, they will stay for up to 10 minutes past the scheduled start time for your massage. If you have not arrived within this time frame, and not notified us, then it is considered a no-show and no refund will be paid.
If the therapist is delayed
Your therapist will generally arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time for your massage, to set up and start your massage at the scheduled appointment time.
We attempt to allow for enough time for your therapist to travel to you from their previous booking. However, circumstances out of our control may occur at times which may result in your therapist arriving late.
In the event that your therapist is held up you will be advised by telephone, and we will endeavour to ensure the length of your massage will not change. If the length of your massage is affected in any way, we will offer a free massage in the form of a voucher to the equivalent value of the booked appointment.
